The Management Board of Investment Friends SE headquartered in Tallinn, Harju maakond, Tallinn, Kesklinna linnaosa, Tornimäe tn 5, 10145, Estonia informs that on 09/01/2022 the Company received from the shareholder of the company Patro Invest OÜ – Ariregister code – 14381342, that is a direct shareholder of Investment Friends SE, a notification on indirect decrease of contribution in the total number of votes in Investment Friends SE.
The notification was submitted pursuant to obligation prescribed in § 185 of the Estonian Securities Market Act.
