Raport bieżący nr 6/2021
Zarząd spółki Investment Friends SE z siedzibą w Tallinnie informuje, że właściwy dla prawa Estonii rejestr spółek handlowych _Ariregister_ dokonał w dniu 29.06.2021 roku rejestracji zmian Statutu Spółki, stosownie do Uchwały nr 1 Nadzwyczajnego Walnego Zgromadzenia Akcjonariuszy z dnia 20.03.2021 roku.
W związku z niniejszym aktualne brzmienie punktu 2.1 Statutu Spółki jest następujące:
“Minimalna wysokość kapitału zakładowego Spółki to 900 000 _dziewięćset tysięcy_ euro, a maksymalna wysokość kapitału zakładowego to 3 600 000 _trzy miliony sześćset tysięcy_ euro ”
Kapitał zakładowy Investment Friends SE wynosi 900 000 euro.
Aktualna liczba akcji wyemitowanych przez Emitenta to 9 000 000 .
W załączeniu do niniejszego raportu Emitent przekazuje aktualne brzmienie Statutu Spółki w polskiej, angielskiej oraz estońskiej wersji językowej.
The Management Board of INVESTMENT FRIENDS SE with its registered office in Tallinn informs that the Commercial Companies Register _Ariregister_ appropriate for Estonian law registered on June 29, 2021, the amendments to the Articles of Association of the Company resulting from the resolutions adopted at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on 20/03/21.
As a result of this, the current wording of point 2.1 of the Company’s Articles of Association is as follows:
” The minimum amount of the Company’s share capital is 900 000 _nine hundred thousand_ euros and the maximum amount of the share capital is 3 600 000 _three million six hundred thousand_ euros.”

The current number of shares issued by the Issuer is 9 000 000.
The Issuer attached to this report the current wording of the Articles of Association in the Polish, English and Estonian language versions.
