Zarząd Investment Friends SE z siedzibą w Tallinie pod adresem Harju maakond, Tallinn, Kesklinna linnaosa, Tornimäe tn 5, 10145, Estonia informuje, iż w dniu 09.10.2020r, otrzymał od udziałowca spółki, PATRO INVEST OÜ -kod rejestracyjny w estońskim rejestrze przedsiębiorców- 14381342, który jest Akcjonariuszem bezpośrednim Investment Friends SE w wykonaniu obowiązku określonego w § 185 Estońskiej ustawy o rynku papierów wartościowych zawiadomienie o pośrednim zwiększeniu zaangażowania w ogólnej liczbie głosów w spółce Investment Friends SE.

The Management Board of Investment Friends SE headquartered in Tallinn, Harju maakond, Tallinn, Kesklinna linnaosa, Tornimäe tn 5, 10145, Estonia informs that on 09/10/2020 the Company received from the shareholder of the company Patro Invest OÜ – Ariregister code – 14381342, that is a direct shareholder of Investment Friends SE, a notification on indirect increase of contribution in the total number of votes in Investment Friends SE. The notification was submitted pursuant to obligation prescribed in § 185 of the Estonian Securities Market Act. The full text of the notification is enclosed to this report.
