Zarząd Investment SE z siedzibą w Tallinnie informuje, że w dniu 09.06.2020r. udzielił spółce Damar Patro UU z siedzibą Harju maakond, Tallinn, Kesklinna linnaosa, Tornimäe tn 5, 10145, _nr rejestru 14494537_, pożyczki w kwocie 1 500 000,00 euro. Zgodnie z zawartą umową Pożyczkodawca zobowiązał się pełną kwotę pożyczki przekazać na rachunek Pożyczkobiorcy do dnia 15.06.2020 roku
Umowa pożyczki została zawarta do dnia 30.06.2023r.
Oprocentowanie kwoty pożyczki zostało ustalone na poziomie 2,5 % w skali roku. Raty pożyczki płatne będą w okresach sześciomiesięcznych. Pierwsza rata pożyczki będzie płatna do dnia 31.12.2020r Spłata pożyczki została zabezpieczona przez pożyczkobiorcę poprzez wystawienie weksla in blanco wraz deklaracją na rzecz Emitenta. Umowa nie została zawarta z zastrzeżeniem warunku lub terminu. Emitent jest uprawniony do żądania zwrotu całej kwoty pożyczki niezwłocznie w przypadku złego stanu majątkowego Pożyczkobiorcy.
The Management Board of Investment SE headquartered in Tallinn informs that on 09/06/2020 the Company granted a loan amounting to EUR 1 500 000,00 for Damar Patro UU with its registered office at Harju maakond, Tallinn, Kesklinna linnaosa, Tornimäe tn 5, 10145, _Ariregister number 14494537_. According to the concluded agreement, the Lender undertook to transfer the total amount of the loan to the Borrower’s bank account until 15/06/2020.
The loan agreement was concluded for the period till 30/06/2023.
Interest on the loan was agreed as 2,5% per year. Instalments of the loan shall be paid in six-month periods. The first instalment shall be paid till 31/12/2020. Repayment of the loan was secured by the Borrower by issuance a blank promissory note with a declaration for the Issuer. The loan was concluded with no reservations concerning any condition or deadline. The Issuer has a right to demand an early repayment of the entire loan immediately in case of poor financial situation of the Borrower.
