Zarząd Investment Friends SE dalej “Cedent” _kod rejestru: 14617862_ z siedzibą w Estonii informuje, że w nawiązaniu do rb 9/2019 z dnia 1.04.2019 roku w dniu 25.06.2019 roku zawarł z osobą fizyczną dalej “Cesjonariusz” definitywną umowę cesji, przedmiotem której jest przeniesienie na rzecz Cesjonariusza pakietu wierzytelności składającego się z pożyczki udzielonej spółce Top Marka S.A. z siedzibą w Poznaniu w dniu 7 listopada 2014 roku wraz z posiadanymi zabezpieczeniami, o udzieleniu której Emitent informował raportem bieżącym nr 141/2014. Termin zwrotu pożyczki z dnia 7 listopada 2014 r. upłynął 31 marca 2016 roku.
Łączna wartość nominalna wierzytelności _kapitał + odsetki_ wynosi 1 343 288,55 zł _jeden milion trzysta czterdzieści trzy tysiące dwieście osiemdziesiąt osiem złotych 55/100_, natomiast cena sprzedaży wyniosła 376 915,50 zł _ trzysta siedemdziesiąt sześć tysięcy złotych 50/100_.
SThe Management Board of Investment Friends SE, hereinafter the “Assignor” _registry code: 14617862_ headquartered in Estonia informs that, with regard to the current report no. 9/2019 of 01/04/2019, on 25/06/2019 the Company concluded with a natural person, hereinafter the “Assignee”, the final assignment agreement, the object of which is transferring to the Assignee the debts package consisting of the loan granted to the company Top Marka S.A. headquartered in Poznań on November 7, 2014 along with owned securities, conclusion of which was reported by the Issuer in the current report no. 141/2014. Repayment term of the loan expired on March 31, 2016. The total nominal value of the debt _principal + interest_ is PLN 1 343 288,55 _one million three hundred forty-three thousand two hundred eighty-eight zlotys 55/100_, while the sale price was PLN 376 915,50 _three hundred seventy-six thousand nine hundred fifteen zlotys 50/100_.
