Zarząd Investment Friends SE z siedzibą w Tallinnie w nawiązaniu do raportu bieżącego nr 67/2017 z dnia 26 października 2017 roku niniejszym informuje, że w dniu 18.06.2019r. Pożyczkobiorca Spółka Patro Invest Sp. z o.o. dokonała spłaty zaciągniętej u Emitenta pożyczki.
Spółka Patro Invest Sp. z o.o. dokonała spłaty kapitału pożyczki w kwocie 2 650 000,00 zł.
Emitent informuje, że zgodnie z postanowieniami Umowy pożyczki, Pożyczkobiorcy przysługiwało prawo do przedterminowego zwrotu całości lub części kapitału udzielonej pożyczki. Termin spłaty pożyczki został ustalony na dzień 25 października 2019 roku.
Emitent informuje, że pomiędzy Emitentem a spółką PATRO INVEST Sp. z o.o. zachodzą powiązania osobowe oraz kapitałowe. Prezes Zarządu PATRO INVEST Sp. z o.o. jednocześnie pełni funkcję w Radzie Nadzorczej Emitenta.
The Management Board of INVESTMENT FRIENDS SE headquartered in Tallinn with regard to the current report no 67/2017 of October 26, 2017 hereby informs that on 18/06/2019 the Borrower Patro Invest Sp. z o. o. repaid the loan taken from the Issuer.
Patro Invest Sp. z o. o. made a repayement of the loan’s principal in the amount of PLN 2 6500 000, 00.
The Issuer informs that pursuant to provisions of the Loan agreement, the Borrower was entitled to early repayment of the entire or part of the granted loan. Repayment date of the loan was established as at October 25, 2019.
The Issuer informs that there are personal and capital links between the Issuer and Patro Invest Sp. z o. o. Chairman of the Management Board of Patro Invest Sp. z o. o. performs also function in the Supervisory Board of the Issuer.
