Zarząd Investment SE z siedzibą w Tallinnie informuje, że w dniu 17.06.2019r. udzielił spółce Patro Invest OÜ nr rejestru 14381342, Harju maakond, Tallinn, Kesklinna linnaosa, Tornimäe tn 5, 10145 pożyczki w kwocie 1 400 000,00 zł.
Umowa pożyczki z dnia 17.06.2019r. została zawarta do dnia 30.06.2020r.
Oprocentowanie kwoty pożyczki zostało ustalone na poziomie 5,00 % w skali roku. Odsetki płatne będą wraz ze zwrotem kwoty pożyczki. Spłata pożyczki została zabezpieczona przez pożyczkobiorcę poprzez wystawienie weksla in blanco wraz deklaracją na rzecz Emitenta. Umowa nie została zawarta z zastrzeżeniem warunku lub terminu. Emitent jest uprawniony do żądania zwrotu całej kwoty pożyczki niezwłocznie w przypadku złego stanu majątkowego Pożyczkobiorcy.
The Management Board of Investment Friends SE headquartered in Tallin informs that on 17/06/2019, the Company gave a loan for Patro Invest OÜ, registry code: 14381342, address: Harju maakond, Tallinn, Kesklinna linnaosa, Tornimäe tn 5, 10145, in the amount of PLN 1 400 000, 00.
The loan agreement of 17/06/2019 was concluded until 30/06/2019.
Established interest rate for the loan is 5,00% per year. Interest shall be paid along with repayment of the loan amount. Repayment of the loan is secured by the Borrower who issued a blank promissory note and a promissory note declaration for the Issuer. The agreement has no reservations concerning any conditions or deadlines. The Issuer is entitled to demand repayment of the total amount of the loan in case of unstable financial situation of the Borrower.
