Zarząd Investment Friends SE z siedzibąw Tallinnie w nawiązaniu do raportu bieżącego nr 67/2017
z dnia 26 października 2017 oraz raportu bieżącego nr 43/2018 z dnia 5 października 2018 roku niniejszym informuje, że w dniu 01.02.2019r. Pożyczkobiorca Spółka Patro Invest Sp. z o.o. dokonała przedtermionowej spłaty cześci kapitału pożyczki w kwocie 300 000,00 zł _ trzysta tsysięcy złotych_.
Emitent informuje, że zgodnie z postanowieniami Umowy pożyczki, Pożyczkobiorcy przysługiwało prawo do przedterminowego zwrotu całości lub części kapitału udzielonej pożyczki. Temin spłaty pożyczki został ustalony na dzień 25 października 2019 roku.The Management Board of Investment Friends SE headquatered in Tallinn, reffering to the current report no 67/2017 dated on October 26th, 2017 and the current report no 43/2018 dated on October 5th, 2018, hereby informs that on February 1st, 2019 the Borrower i.e. Patro Invest Limited Liability Company made an early partial repayment of the loan principal in the amount of 300 000, 00 PLN _three hundred thousand zlotys_.
The Issuer informs that in accordance with the loan agreement, the Borrower was allowed to make an early repayment of the whole or the part of the loan principal. The deadline for the repayment of the loan is established on October 25th, 2019.
