Spółka Investment Friends SE informuje, będąc zobowiązanym zgodnie z _i_ art. 2 dyrektywy 2004/109/EC Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady z dnia 15 grudnia 2004 r. _zgodnie ze zmianami dyrektywy 2013/50/EU Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady z dnia 22 października 2013 r._ oraz _ii_ § 1844 ust. 1 estońskiej ustawy o rynku papierów wartościowych, że dokonuje wyboru Umawiającego się Państwa jako Państwa Macierzystego Republikę Estonii. W związku z tym, Rzeczpospolita Polska jest Umawiającym się Państwem przyjmującym.
Investment Friends SE, została zarejestrowana w Estońskim Rejestrze Handlowym dnia 30-go listopada 2018 roku pod numerem rejestracyjnym: 14617862 z oficjalnym adresem Harju county, Tallinn, City Centre district, Narva Road 5, 10117, Estonia.
Investment Friends SE is disclosing, as obliged in accordance with _i_ article 2 of Directive 2004/109/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 15 December 2004 _as amended by Directive 2013/50/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 22 October 2013_ and _ii_ § 1844 _1_ of Estonian Securities Market Act that made a choice of Contracting State as the home Contracting State – Republic of Estonia. Consequently, the Republic of Poland is the host Contracting State.
