The meeting was attended by 1 shareholder representing 22 494 000 votes, which constitutes 44,99% of all votes in the Company. Pursuant to \u00a7 297_1_ of the Estonian Commercial Code, this was insufficient to constitute a quorum for the meeting.<\/p>\n
Consequently, no resolutions were adopted and the meeting was closed. The Management Board of the Company informs that in the near future it will convene another General Meeting of Shareholders with the same agenda, which – in accordance with the applicable law – will be competent to hold proceedings and adopt resolutions regardless of the number of shares represented on it.<\/p>\n
