Padlewskiego 18C, 09-402 P\u0142ock was held the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Investment Friends SE headquartered in Narva mnt 5, 10117 Tallinn, Estonia, registry code: 14617862. There was only one Shareholder present – Patro Invest O\u00dc headquartered in Tallinn who holds 3 077 250 shares, representing 34,19% of the share capital. Therefore, it was impossible to adopt resolutions included in the agenda of the Meeting because the minimum quorum is 50% of the share capital. With regard to this, the Management Board will convene another General Meeting in the near future, which will be able to adopt resolutions regardless to the number of shares represented at the Meeting.<\/p>\n
